Multimedia Work

I chose the Dysart High School baseball program as my main focus while they ventured into the 2022-2023 season. I graduated from Dysart HS in 2022 and spent three years as the team's manager. This project contains pictures, videos, audios, and data elements. This project was created during the spring of 2023.

Background Information

Above is a map of the 4A Black Canyon region baseball teams. The high schools that make up this region for the 2022-2023 season are:

  • Apache Junction

  • Coronado

  • Cortez

  • Dysart

  • Tempe

  • Vista Grande

There are two different charts of data displayed. The chart displayed on the bottom is a pie chart. Each slice represents a grade level that is represented in the roster for the 2022-23 season. 15.4% of the team is made up of seniors, 38.5% is made up of sophomores and 46.2% is made up of juniors. There are no freshmen on the team.

The chart on the top is a bar graph about the wins and losses from the past four seasons. In the 2021-22 season, Dysart had a record of 4-14. In the 2020-21 season, Dysart had a record of 1-14. In the 2019-20 season, the season was cut short due to COVID-19 and Dysart ended the season with a record of 4-4. In the 2018-19 season, Dysart had a record of 4-15.
